Brief 2 Unilever Sustainability lab report

A theme was changing Consumer Behaviour through aspiration '“When you try to motivate people by eliciting negative feelings – distress, guilt, shame, alarm – they focus their efforts on relieving their distress, make minimal effort, then tune out. But if you give people a small, manageable – and positive – goal, they will keep going.”

The report mentions the work of handprinter.org  This encourages people to think about the small changes we all can make to make the world a better place.
