Student images and info

The good news is we had eleven out of a possible eighteen responses by the deadline.  The bad news is only five followed the instructions.  There is more bad news in terms of the image quality and I am quite concerned even the best designed yearbook will not be able to look good with these images.

Beth recommended we set a shared Dropbox up and this together with the shared Facebook group means we are able to communicate as a group really well without being in the Studio over the Easter period.

To mop up the problems I offered to send the students emails asking for the correct info.

I copied Alison (the Student Team Leader) and Steve (Programme Leader) on all emails

This is an example of an image sent in the correct format ie tiff and 300dpi however the student as used a stock image and left the watermark on!  Also it is difficult to take a 45x45mm 'thumbnail' which would represent this design and designer well.
